This aluminium fries slicer 10mm is suitable for the Vegetable Slicer VC450. This slicer allows you to cut potatoes into long thin strips. To slice the potatoes into fries, this fries slicer needs to be combined with the standard slicer 10mm. The slicer can be inserted into the vegetable slicer. Once you are done, the slicer disc can be removed and cleaned with warm, soapy water. Make sure you dry the slicer disc thoroughly and apply a little vegetable oil to the cutting discs for proper maintenance.
