KOBAR K1100PT RAPID PASSTHROUGH DISHWASHER 3PH 11.1KW. The Kobar KT1100PT pass-through dishwasher is a very heavy-duty machine. The dishwasher is very well-built and uses quality European components. The KT1100PT is a very powerful machine that is fitted with a 1HP wash pump. Because the KT1100PT is rated at 11Kw 3 phase, this means the recovery time for reheating the dishwasher between cycles is extremely rapid. The dishwasher is therefore ideally suited for a business that is generating a huge amount of dirty crockery, it has plenty of power to easily cater for big volumes of washing. The dishwasher can be installed with either left-to-right basket flow or, in the opposite direction, right-to-left flow. The dishwasher can also be installed in a corner, and the basket flow can be in both directions, both in and out of the corner. The K1100PT is supplied with three 500 x 500mm stackable baskets, two for plates, one for cups, and one cutlery holder. While one basket is washing in the machine, another basket can be preloaded with dirty crockery, ready to wash when the cycle is finished. The KT1100PT has 2 wash cycle lengths: a very fast 1.5-minute wash cycle and also a 3-minute wash cycle, and can do up to 40 baskets of crockery per hour. The dishwasher automatically washes and rinses the crockery during the wash cycle. The KT1100PT has a rinse aid dispenser, and an automatic detergent pump can also be retrofitted to the dishwasher. The maximum plate height is 380mm clear. The K1100PT is supplied with a water connection hose and a drain pipe. The strong stainless steel construction makes it very durable and very easy to clean. The machine is feed from a mains water supply and is emptied by pulling out the wash tank bung, the wash tank water then drains out under gravity. The dishwasher rinses at a temperature of 90 degrees C. This ensures that the crockery is properly sanitised when the wash cycle is finished. The K1100PT is very easy to use; simply turn the control knob to the 90 or 180-second position for automatic filling and heating of the dishwasher. Each automatic wash cycle is then started by simply opening and closing down the hood, making the K1100PT a very user-friendly dishwasher. The rinse and wash temperatures are thermostatically controlled for efficient washing of crockery. The K1100PT is supplied with 4 adjustable feet.
