Heavy Duty Griddle - Half Grooved Chrome - Double Unit - 70cm Deep - Electric

Using a griddle in the kitchen adds extra flavour to dishes. It works at high temperatures so that meat and vegetables cook quickly. The advantage of this is that it preserves flavour and vitamins, allowing you to serve the most delicious dishes. This double electric grill is suitable for preparing several products side by side. Little oil or fat is used when grilling on the grill plate, so this way of cooking is healthy as well. The grill plate can be used independently or on a stainless steel support.

With drip tray and splashguard

This sturdy griddle can stand up to heavy use and features a grooved and smooth stainless steel double-sided chrome plate with a satin finish. The grill plate is set into the watertight recess and, thanks to the seamlessly welded top, no residue is left behind after cleaning. It also has a 1,5 litre drip tray and a splashguard to prevent oil splashing. To adjust the temperature, use the safety thermostat for temperatures between 50 and 300ºC. The grill also fits perfectly into a cooking line.

Made from stainless steel

This professional grill is made from heavy duty components. The stainless steel casing makes cleaning an easy job. Clean this durable construction thoroughly with a damp cloth, warm water and a mild detergent. Coarse residues can be removed with a scraper. Caked-on bits are easy to clean by heating the grill to 70ºC and wiping it down. It is recommended that you wear gloves.
