The HENDI Griddle half flat, half ribbed features a hardened steel griddle and 2 separate heating zones which can reach temperatures of up to 300°C. The ribbed part is perfect for preparing fatty meats and sausages, while the flat part is perfect for eggs and pancakes. The combination of the backsplash and removable fat drawer promotes easy cleaning and hygiene.
