The Omniwash EVO5000 has 3 cycle lengths to choose from: 2,3, or 4 minutes long. The EVO5000 uses a very powerful 1 HP wash pump and can wash up to 30 racks per hour. The dishwasher is supplied with a removable wash pump filter and a removable drain pump filter. These, coupled with the removable wash tank filters, help to stop any unwanted wash debris from jamming up the wash pump or the drain pump. This drain pump is activated by pressing the Drain button on the touch display for 5 seconds. The drain pump will then run for a predetermined time until the wash tank has completely emptied. The dishwasher is supplied with an automatic detergent pump and a rinse aid injector pump, which is standard. The EVO5000 is made in Italy from quality European components.
