Precise temperature control

This professional freezer has a digital temperature controller that lets you easily read and set the temperature. Products can be frozen within the temperature rang from -10 to -25°C. Thanks to the unique cooling cycle, ice formation is reduced. The freezer has a protective insulation that is 6cm thick and it can be used optimally in places where the ambient temperature is 32°C. The refrigerant used is R290, which is free from CFC. The freezer comes on adjustable feet to help keep it firmly in place on any surface.

Easy to clean

The white metal housing with plastic interior of this professional kitchen appliance make it very easy to clean. Using a damp cloth and a mild detergent, you can easily wipe down the outside. To clean the inside, the freezer must first be defrosted. This is done by removing all items from the freezer and unplugging it. To make defrosting go faster, you can remove the ice gently with a plastic ice scraper. After cleaning everything with some warm water and a soft cloth, it's important to dry the freezer thoroughly before turning it back on again.
