This sturdy and professional sausage stuffer has a filling capacity of 3 litres and is equipped with four stainless steel filling tubes of different sizes. The sausage filler works at two speeds and is suitable for use in any butchery or restaurant.

If you want to make sausages quickly and efficiently, use a professional sausage stuffer. Thanks to its vertical position, this sausage maker takes up little space on the counter. With a filling capacity of 5 liters, you can quickly make a large number of sausages. The casing in which the sausages are made can be slid over one of the four filling tubes supplied very easily. The dimensions of the filling tubes are 16, 22, 32 and 38mm in diameter. As the pressure plate provided has a hole for venting, as little air as possible enters the sausages. In addition, it's enclosed with a seal. On the side, there is a crank that can be operated manually to make sausages at two speeds.

Quick and easy sausage-making

When making sausages, first choose the desired filling tube. The thinner the tube, the thinner the sausage. Put the ingredients in the reservoir, which you simply tilt towards you to fill. Then slide the casing over the filling tube and hold it firmly in place. With your other hand, turn the crank and the casing will be filled with fresh ingredients. Make sure that the sausage is filled tightly without letting too much air in.

Made entirely from stainless steel

For good hygiene, this sausage stuffer must be cleaned properly. All parts are made from stainless steel and several parts can be removed for cleaning in the dishwasher. The pressure plate is easy to clean with a damp cloth and disinfectant. After cleaning, you can put all the parts back together again for the next use. The sausage filler is also equipped with four rubber feet so that it can be placed without slipping.
