The GF200VSG Glass Froster is a stylish stainless steel single door back bar cooler, with the ability to have a temperature set between -15 and -2°C. The unit has a brushed stainless steel exterior and a mirror stainless interior. The unit can be used as a glass froster but also for storage of spirits (with a high alcohol percentage) that you want to serve at a negative temperature - such as vodka What is the point of a glass froster? Chilling down glass before serving has several benefits. Pouring a cold drink into a glass at ambient temperature causes the temperature of the drink to rise as it cools down the warmer glass.
