The steel parts, such as the base are powder-coated and the walls are ceramic. The big advantage of ceramic housing is that it's resistant to high temperatures and retains heat very well. This allows you to keep the temperature constant. Thanks to this choice of robust materials, it's possible to leave the pizza oven outside. Bamboo has been chosen for the handles so that you do not burn your hands.
