User-friendly control

This professional griddle can be set between 50 and 300°C. It also has an indicator light that shows when it is up to temperature and ready to use. Despite the high temperatures, this griddle is safe to use. It is equipped with high-quality stainless steel splash guards to prevent oil splattering. The griddle is very user-friendly. Please turn it on with the switch, grease the griddle surface with oil, and place the products on the griddle when the right temperature is reached.

Easy to clean

Cleaning the griddle is a breeze. There is a removable tray underneath the appliance that collects the fat. The smooth surfaces are easy to wipe down thanks to the stainless steel housing, splash guards and griddle. Remove any harsh residue with a scraper. Then heat the appliance to 75°C and pour water on the griddle surface. This way, you can easily remove any stubborn residue. Be sure to use gloves when doing this. With a damp cloth, wipe the outside and the griddle. Make sure all parts are wiped dry before using the griddle again.
