To make sure that the meat is grilled golden brown from top to bottom, the skewer rotates once a minute and can be adjusted to your liking for perfect cooking. The motor of this solid grill is located at the top. The advantage of this is that you do not need to place the grill on a low table in order to have good access to the meat when cutting.
