Ice flakes can be used in many ways: you can use them as an alternative to a refrigerator or freezer, to help transport food while keeping it fresh, or to present your products in an attractive way. This professional crushed (flaked) ice machine has the capacity to produce 30kg of ice every 24 hours. The machine itself can store 7kg of ice, which is ideal for use in food trucks, fish stalls or other catering establishments who need crushed ice frequently. The machine also comes with a handy ice scoop so that you can easily and hygienically remove the crushed ice from the machine.

Water-cooled, crushed ice machine

The model is well suited to be placed under the counter or bar. This way, you can easily access the ice flakes whenever needed. This ice machine is water-cooled so it's highly suited to warmer areas, such as the terrace, beach pavilion or other events. To prevent the ice machine from overloading, it's equipped with a special overload protection. You can connect this crushed ice machine to any drinking water connection using the hoses provided. The automatic water supply ensures that the machine is always ready to keep making ice, reducing any manual labour that may be needed. The ice machine is not equipped with a drain pump. The drain hose should be connected lower than the outlet of the machine. Thanks to the efficient cooling system, you also get high quality ice flakes. The refrigerant that is used is R290. On the control panel, there are several warning lights that indicate precisely when there is a malfunction, if the storage bin is full, or when the water level gets too low.

Easy to clean

When producing ice, the ice maker need to be firmly in a stable and secure position. Thanks to the adjustable feet, it remains precisely in place on almost any surface. Cleaning the ice machine is also easy, thanks to the materials used to make it. It has 18/8 stainless steel on the outside and ABS on the inside. You can quickly and thoroughly clean everything with just a damp cloth with a little bit of detergent on it. After that, simply wipe it dry with a soft cloth before starting the machine again.
