LEASING AND FINANCE:

Acquisition of equipment can be made easier if the cost is spread over 1, 2, or 3 years, depending on your budget and status. Easy monthly payment reduces cash flow problems and often makes good financial sense.  Please contact us in regards to leasing and financing equipment.

TAXES:

All prices are exclusive of value added tax. VAT is 23%.

 

GOOD BEING SOLD:

The contents of this catalogue have been compiled from information received from our suppliers and while every effort is made to correct mistakes, size and specifications may change without prior notice.

 

SITE SURVEYS:

We strongly recommend site surveys if you are purchasing cold rooms, ware washing equipment, large items and any other items you are not sure will fit in or connect to your existing gas, electricity, waste or water supplies.

 

WARRANTY:

All products come with a minimum of one-year parts warranty, excluding bulbs, door seals, tubes, breakables, baskets, shelves, pizza stones, electrical elements and glass. RTB, return to the base cost borne by the owner.The warranty starts from the date on the first invoice.

 

DELIVERY INFORMATION 

We cannot accept any claims for goods signed for in good condition and marked unchecked. However, if goods are damaged, please reject them and notify us immediately. It is essential you do not sign for the goods before you check them as once signed we can not be held responsible.

Delivery as standard is a kerb side delivery to a ground floor site. In most cases, this will be between the hours of 7.30am and 6.30pm but the courier may call you outside these hours. This does not include unpacking or positioning which must be done by the customer. Drivers will be unable to assist with the unpacking process due to Liability insurance regulations.

Please DO NOT book any fitters or installers of the equipment ordered until after the goods have been delivered and inspected by yourself. We will not take any responsibility for any costs incurred as a result of arranging this in advance of delivery.

The Customer is responsible for ensuring that all items will fit onto or within the premises. You (the Customer) are advised to check all entry door dimensions to ensure the product will fit onto or within the site. Any charges caused by an aborted delivery due to this will be passed onto the Customer.

Installation and Usage of the Goods
The Customer needs to ensure that all power supplies, water and gas connections are appropriate for the goods supplied. All gas powered goods must be fitted by a GAS SAFE approved fitter and all electrical goods by a qualified fitter. Allstop Trading Limited will accept no liability for damage to goods or any other liability or loss caused by incorrect fitting or installation. Allstop Trading Limited reserves the right to ask for the installation and service engineer reports for warranty claims.

 

DAMAGES:

Please remember to include any equipment acquired from us on your insurance. Take care to cover the loss of foods, injury and any other perils.

 

PAYMENTS:

For information on payments i.e. credit cards, bank transfers, 30-day accounts, cheques and leasing options, please contact us. Note: It can take up to 7 days for some cheques to clear.

30% restocking charge on unpacked products. 50% restocking charge applicable to products without packaging. Customer to pay transport costs back to our warehouse. No returns accepted after 30 days. The notice must be given in writing.
