The desired temperature can be set using the intelligent digital temperature controller. This blast chiller also has a core thermometer and can be used in environments with a maximum ambient temperature of 32ºC. It also comes on wheels to make transporting this premium piece of equipment easier. It comes fitted with a self-closing door with an antibacterial rubber seal and, on the inside of the blast chiller, all the corners have been rounded to facilitate easier cleaning. The cooling system consists of a water evaporator and the refrigerant used is R290, free from CFC.
